To initiate a return, please contact us at support@amikcustompackaging.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
The product must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A 10% restocking fee may be applied for returns that are not due to our error.
